Our verdict on WellMedr
WellMedr is cheap at the moment, and more complicated than it looks. Its sale prices of $49 for semaglutide and $89 for tirzepatide are among the lowest we have seen, shipping is free, and it refunds your first payment in full if a clinician does not approve you.
Its standard plan renews every 21 days, which means up to 18 charges in a year rather than 12. Its landing page promises a 100% refund if you do not lose weight in 90 days, but its refund policy says a lack of results does not qualify. And the BBB has flagged a pattern of complaints about deliveries, billing and the guarantee. TotalRx bills monthly or by plan term at a price locked for life, which is easier to plan around.

At the sale prices, eighteen charges a year comes to about $882 for semaglutide and $1,602 for tirzepatide, or roughly $74 and $134 a calendar month. The sale is time-limited, and WellMedr does not publish its regular prices, so ask what you will pay after the offer before you start.
What to know before you choose WellMedr
Why is WellMedr billed every 21 days?
Its refund policy says the 21-Day Plan renews every 21 calendar days, not monthly, so up to 18 charges can fall in your first year. TotalRx bills monthly or by plan term, so the price you see is the price per month.
Does WellMedr's money-back guarantee work?
Its landing page promises a 100% refund if you do not lose weight in 90 days, but its refund policy says a lack of results does not, by itself, qualify for a refund. Customers on Trustpilot and the BBB report guarantee claims being refused.
How fast is WellMedr?
WellMedr advertises same-day consultations and approval within hours, and refills shipped before you run out.
What WellMedr customers say
We looked at what customers report on Trustpilot. These are their experiences, summarised in our words.
Most recent five-star reviews thank a support agent for fixing a problem rather than describing results. WellMedr claimed its profile in February 2026 and pays for a Trustpilot subscription.
What people praise
- Support agents who solve problems
- Refills arriving before the last one runs out
- Quick fixes to account and login issues
What people complain about
- Slow, portal-only support
- Backorders, gaps between refills and the wrong medication sent
- Dose changes customers did not expect
- Charges every 21 days, and guarantee claims refused
The BBB's pattern-of-complaints notice says the same as the low-star reviews: deliveries, billing and the guarantee are the weak points.

Is WellMedr legit?
WellMedr is a real telehealth service run by Wellmedr LLC of St. Petersburg, Florida, which the BBB records as starting business in May 2025. Prescriptions come from independent medical groups and are filled by Florida compounding pharmacies it names on its site. We found no FDA warning letter. The BBB has a pattern-of-complaints notice about delivery, billing and guarantee problems, and says the company did not respond to it. Its site header now reads "welludr", and its compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
