Noom GLP-1 reviews: coaching first, with 12-week billing

Our verdict on Noom

Noom is the best program here for people who want coaching. Every GLP-1 plan includes its psychology-based curriculum, 1:1 coaching, food logging and weight tracking.

You pay for that. The tirzepatide program is $149 to start and then $299 a month, charged as $897 every twelve weeks. TotalRx's tirzepatide is from $174 a month and its semaglutide from $129, both locked for life, so it is the stronger choice if the medication is what you came for.
